Jason has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, which includes 10 years for major industrial sector developers.
Jason has developed the Company into what it is today with core traditional values and a focus on partnership.
Responsible for £100m with Asda in less than 10 years nationally, Jason has helped expand the business with varied blue chip clients and sectors into a multidisciplinary construction company with a wealth of experience in delivery and value.
Neil has worked in construction industry for over 30 years.
Initially working for a steel erector and small construction companies, Neil then embarked upon a management trainee programme with Miller Construction, working in various departments including planning, estimating, buying and surveying and then on to site as a Site Manager.
Following this period, Neil’s career took him to Simons where he worked as a Project Manager and Contracts Manager. He then had 13 years with ISG where he progressed to Divisional Construction Director followed by 14 years at Simpson (York) Limited (9 years as Production (Operations) Director and 5 years as Managing Director).
Neil joined Harris CM as Managing Director in 2022.
Rhys is a Chartered Accountant who joined Harris CM as Finance Director at the end of January 2022.
Prior to joining the company, Rhys graduated Newcastle University with a BA (HONS) and spent ten years working in an Audit and Accountancy practice where he progressed from graduate through to Director, reaching the role of Director at the age of 30.
After working with the company in his role in practice, Rhys was appointed as Finance Director in January 2022 to support the board and oversee financial matters.
James originally headed up our team to service the requirements of Asda’s logistics and distribution department. In doing so, he acquired significant experience in satisfying the requirements of a major blue-chip company.
James has utilised and adapted this experience to satisfy the demands of a diverse range of clients in the commercial and industrial sector and his success in doing so was rewarded with his appointment as Construction Director in October 2018.
Paul has continuously been involved in the construction industry since leaving school. He initially obtained a BSc in Quantity Surveying, and subsequently became a Chartered Surveyor, a career which he pursued for 20 years, working for both a private practice and a contractor.
Since then, Paul has been in his current role of Business Development Manager working for a contractor, undertaking the full spectrum of duties associated with securing opportunities for a diverse range of clients in both the public sector.
Heidi has been working in the construction industry since 2011. Initially she was responsible for new business development and marketing for a demolition and decommissioning contractor before moving to a main (construction) contractor in 2017.
Heidi joined Harris CM as Business Development Manager in 2019 and is responsible for securing new opportunities by working alongside Paul Taylor to develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones.
Heidi has a keen interest in marketing and also supports the pre-construction team with bid submissions.
