Work has started building a stunning new residential development that will offer 12 contemporary, two bedroom apartments in a prime location in Harrogate town centre.
The development, known as Lambert House, is being developed by Harrogate based Tate Estates – sister company to harris cm . The apartments will replace a former disused office building in the central location on Station Parade.
All the apartments will benefit from secure, private under-croft parking and will be finished to an exceptional standard. Work is due to complete in spring 2021.
In recent years, harris cm has completed several other notable residential projects in Harrogate including schemes on Ripon Road and Albert Street.
Jason Adlam, CEO at harris cm, said: “We feel proud to be contributing to the built-environment in Harrogate and this project represents a significant contribution to our growing portfolio of projects in the residential sector.
“We’re also delighted to be working with a wide range of well-known Harrogate companies, including Tate Estates, SPX Architects and Fusion Engineering, as well as the employer’s agent, Evolve 2 Consult, who we have successfully worked with on several other projects.”
Shane Tate, managing director at Tate Estates and chairman of harris cm, said: “I am very pleased to see work underway on this high-quality development. It promises to be a sought-after address for anyone wanting a luxurious and contemporary home located amongst the heart of all Harrogate’s shopping, leisure and entertainment amenities, as well as being just a two-minute walk from both The Stray and railway station. There’s also no doubt that encouraging more residents to live in town contributes to the footfall mix, diversity, vitality and the local economy within Harrogate town centre.”
The scheme is being marketed by Harrogate estate agent, Lindley and Simpson.
